About me
Hi, I’m Kaitlyn - an entrepreneur at heart, small business owner, real estate broker, and a mom of three. I’m passionate about connecting people and resources and being a catalyst for good things. My life is a blend of contracts and kid activities, listings and late-night brainstorming, problem-solving and creating. I love being a mom, and I’m passionate about building something meaningful for my clients, my team, my community, and my family, while staying grounded in what matters most.
With 10 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent and 4 years as a licensed broker, I truly love what I do! Real estate has allowed me to work closely with people during some of the most important transitions in their lives, and being a part of that journey is something I never take for granted.
I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers, but helping buyers is especially rewarding for me. One of my favorite parts of the process is when a client knows exactly what they’re looking for, and I get to help guide them from writing the offer - all the way to the closing table.
What I love most about this business is the people. I enjoy building trust, creating meaningful connections, and helping clients feel confident every step of the way. I’m passionate about helping people through life’s transitions and making the process as smooth and successful as possible. Being able to give back to the community while helping others reach their goals is one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
