About me

My first experience in northern Michigan was the day my four-year-old toes first touched the sandy shore and warm waters of Lake Bellaire. Oh, the joy! That first vacation became an annual three-week vacation of pure magic … building sandcastles on the shore, splashing in the lake, fishing off the dock, stargazing and smore’s around the campfire. To this day, the memories created remain a source of laughter and joy in our shared family memories.

Years later, I was living in Ann Arbor, married, with a toddler, working in the marketing department of a software development company. My in-laws soon purchased a cottage on Spider Lake, just outside of Traverse City, and our northern Michigan vacations commenced. Along with the return of the magic.
It didn’t take long for the lure of the north to become too strong to ignore and plans were made to relocate. I secured a real estate license, and the rest, as they say, is history. The year was 1998.

I am now a prime example of the adage ‘do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life’. I love working with people, and I love homes. It’s the perfect blend. Every day, my focus is on remaining current in all aspects of buying and selling real estate, while providing excellent customer service in everything I do. With almost 30 years of experience in the local real estate market, nothing scares (or surprises) me. Now, together with Gary Scheitler, we work hand-in-hand with our clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. Your goals become our goals, and together we will achieve success!

Outside of work? Oh, who am I kidding? There is no outside of work ... and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
